Noir M1 sounds like an enigmatic code name, an unfathomable mystery, but it is first and foremost a declaration of love to theatre. For her new creation, the French-Swiss circus artist Mélissa Von Vépy stages and enlightens us on what is backstage. In an aerial and suspended ballet, she plays a lighting engineer to celebrate the invisible magic of theatre rooms. The one that remains palpable in the atmosphere, even when the representation has come to an end.
